Given that most people at work are part of a team, organizations recognize that good team leadership can help them to achieve their business goals and simultaneously improve employee well-being through a sense of accomplishment. 

工作中,我们大部分人都属于某个团队,组织也意识到优秀的团队领导力,可以帮助实现业务目标,提高员工的幸福感。


Coaching teams requires a systemic view that focuses on the interactions of the team as a whole, rather than focusing on individual performance.

教练团队,与教练个人不同,需要更加系统的视角。不聚焦个人表现,而聚焦于团队作为一个整体,相互之前的互动。


The process works on strengthening the interrelationships amongst team members. Achieving high levels of flow, collective intelligence, and creativity on a team enhance the relational side of collaboration and leads to business results.

团队教练的过程,是加强团队成员相互关系的过程。目标是在团队中实现高水平的流动,发挥集体智慧和创造力,最终能够实现更好的合作,带来业务结果。


The purpose of this webinar is to discuss common challenges that leaders face when coaching teams.  Panelists will take various aspects of coaching practices to provide insight into applying these practices to team situations. 

本次线上研讨会的目的是,讨论领导者在指导团队时共同面临的挑战。参与成员将全方面地去理解教练实践,提出应用于团队情境的见解。
